A DAZZLING CLIENT REVIEW OF THE FAIRLINE SQUADRON 65 MOORED AT CAPE TOWNS ONE & ONLY

08 May 2014

Boating World clients were very impressed on the Fairline Squadron 65, this is what Christo had to say about her "I viewed the Squadron 65 with Mike Wade - what a magnificent craft!

The attention to detail is brilliant - no matter where you looked Fairline has outdone themselves with this vessel.

The picture you sent me where she was moored in front of the One & Only made her look smaller than when you actually stand on the jetty next to her, only then you realise but this is a big girl! And the space inside is unbelievable. Both the master cabin and the VIP front guest suite is magnificent and in all the cabins there are windows to let in lots of light - nowhere is there any dark areas. Quality everywhere.

The seats at the inside helm statiom are certainly better than some sport cars, every imaginable position electrically adjustable. And its the first boat I've seen that has a decent-size Frankie wash-up basin in the galley! None of those silly circular basins one can't get anything in to wash!

Thick-pile carpets which your feet almost sink in, Villeroy&Boch sanityware in the bathrooms - I can go on but you've seen it already before me.

And the engine room - apart from the massive CAT engines, the space around everything is unbelievable - its like another big cabin down there.

The crew quarters is nicely designed with that glass window for light and its own little bathroom. And ofcourse it has the tender platform that drops into the water.....and I liked that feature where your power cable is electrically rolled in from the portside locker! No hard work on this boat for the crew! Not to mention on the starboard side that shower that pops out of another locker and hinges upwards with the showerhead built in.

Flybridge is space galore with beautiful luxury diamond-patterned sunbeds

It was with great envy that I got off this superb boat!

Thanks again for arranging the viewing - I really enjoyed it! With boats like these, who would want to own anything other than a Fairline.

Even I'm now a Fairline convert!
