Dynamic and well organised, Tatum’s business acumen comes from her practical experience in running a small business and managing talent for the film and photographic industry. The great rapport she shares with her team, clients and service providers is backed by her enthusiasm to deliver a high level service to Boating World’s clients and assist in the co-ordination of new sales. 

Tatum keeps fit through yoga and enjoys being outdoors, especially when it involves a boating experience. Come the weekend, this Gen-Z is either pursuing her side hustle as a qualified hair and makeup artist or doing something to challenge her personal growth.
