Cast your vote for the 2018 Multihull of the Year

16 Mar 2018

For the first time ever, 2018 will see the appointment of the much coveted award of Multihull of the Year. The award cermony will take place on the 19th April at the International Multihull Boat Show, La Grande-Motte, France.

For this first ever Multihull of the Year selection, four categories have been defined: Under 40 feet, 40 to 50 feet, Over 50 feet and Power Catamarans.

To qualify for nomination, new catamaran models must have been launched for the first time in the period between 2017 and 2018. Nominees have been chosen by journalists and the organizers of the International Multihull Boat Show.

Now the vote is open to the public. The aim is to offer a real award to the catamarans - elected by those who buy and use them.

Boating World proudly presents you the models from our brands that will be represented in this first ever Multihull of the Year awards:

Fountaine Pajot MY 44

After the MY 37, Fountaine Pajot presented its new motor yacht last year, the MY 44. Aboard this luxurious boat, you get a feeling of well-being from the moment you climb aboard. The owner’s hull is particularly successful, and we can easily understand why many motor yacht owners have fallen for this fast catamaran, which is very pleasant to live aboard.
