Jeanneau’s yacht designers are always looking to the future, and each year, they launch a new season of even more comfortable sailing yacht models delivering an even better performance for sailing boat buyers.

Today there are over 17,000 Jeanneau Sun Odyssey boats, which can be found on seas worldwide. The popular Jeanneau sailboat range, the Sun Fast 3200 and 3600, continue to monopolise the podiums in France and around the world!

After the successful development of the Jeanneau sport sailing range over the last few years, now the brand is fully investing in its iconic Sun Odyssey line of sailing boats.

The previous season saw the launch of two extremely innovative sailing boats designed for pure relaxation in the 8th generation Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 440 and 490.

The Sun Odyssey 440 notably received the “European Yacht of the Year” award in Düsseldorf, the “Asia Boating Award” in Singapore, the “Best Boat” award by SAIL Magazine, and named the “Most Innovative Boat” by Cruising World in the United States.

Why such a success? Because the new generation of Sun Odysseys reflect true harmony on board. These yachts combine perfect performance on the water with ergonomic details and an inviting, innovative design. This year Jeanneau continues to develop this line with the launch of a new 41-foot sailing boat, in the Sun Odyssey 410.

Designed by naval architects, Philippe Briand and Marc Lombard, with the contribution of designer Jean-Marc Piaton, the new line of Sun Odysseys successfully meets the challenge of incorporating contemporary features into a harmonious design.

The atmosphere is warm and neatly finished, soft and indulgent. On the interior, simple lines and generous living space makes life on board easy and comfortable.

The Sun Odysseys feature a homogenous structure built for seaworthiness and the joy of life on board.

The contemporary Sun Odyssey 410 features the ultimate in comfort and performance, for a unique experience while under way. Owner’s benefit from all the latest technical and technological advances in architecture:

• A hard chine running the full length of the hull, for a more powerful and stable hull

• An inverted bow, for fine entry, better weight distribution and a distinctive look

• The bow stands clear of the water, for less drag and greater speed

• Self-aligning twin rudders, with self-aligning bearings, for an improved feel of the helm

• Retractable bowthruster, ultra powerful for greater manoeuvrability

• An L-shaped keel and an integrated bowsprit

• Centralised winches, which can be controlled directly from the cockpit, also contribute to safety on board.
