David Woodcock

David Woodcock heads up Boating World’s Durban operation, overseeing Boat sales and providing aftersales support to owners residing along Kwa-Zulu Natal’s vast coastline.

He is a proud, born and bred Durbanite who enjoys spending as much of his time as possible on the water. When David is not advising clients on their boating needs, you will find him either heading for an early morning surf or deep-sea or ski fishing off coastline between Kwa-Zulu Natal and Mozambique.

If not offshore, David finds time for his other life passions, which have seen him compete in five Comrades Marathons, two Two Ocean Marathons, six Fish River Canoe Marathons and two Dusi Canoe Marathons. David also represented South Africa in Water Polo and holds a Skippers ticket Power and Sail up to 100 tons.
